The orders: Pursue the space pirates and reclaim a dangerous life form: The Metroid. You control the main character, Samus. On the fort planet of Zebes, you pound through a door to reveal an unbelievable underground maze. Will you be able to achieve the goal of safely clearing the 6 areas, all while surviving one attack after another? In order to accomplish this, quickly obtain formidable items hidden within the areas, as they're a necessary means of powering up. On the was towards an emotional ending, the lonely battle now begins.
